Solo Female Safety is based in New Zealand. We collect as little personal information as we can.
What we collect
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Purchases. All purchases are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, country, order details and any trip details you enter; we never see your full card number. Your download link is tied to your order, and we use it only to deliver what you bought.
- Newsletter. If you sign up, we keep your email address to send the newsletter, using our email provider. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
- This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs for security.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, deliver what you bought, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell or share personal information for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're in New Zealand, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
